My therapy style uses mindfulness, attachment-related topics, and a trauma-informed approach. I pull from people’s strengths, whether one is seeking support or a nudge towards change. I see couples using the Gottman Method, and adult individuals.

I’ve worked with teens and adults through traumatic events, attachment issues/ family dynamics, mood disorders, life changes, and relationships issues. EMDR, which can be a great modality for those looking to process and integrate trauma, is available as well.
