Day 6: Cook Your Favorite Meal And/Or Treat


One way to practice self-care is by making your favorite meal and/or treat! Take time to enjoy your comfort food no matter how unhealthy it is. An exercise you can do while partaking in this activity is to practice mindful eating by taking in the taste, textures, and smells of whatever food you have made. Bon appetite and seize the moment!
