Day 10: Listen to Music for at Least 30 Minutes

Music has an incredible impact on our mood! It can be a really effective way to cope with stress. 
So, today, listen to at least 30 minutes of music. This may be Christmas jams or just your favorite songs to sing or dance to. Whatever it is, choose something that puts you in a feel good mood  really tune into the melody and listen to the words, every song tells a story.
