Day 11: The Art of Doing Nothing

When was the last time you did nothing? There was no sense of urgency to cross the next task off the never ending to do list; you just enjoyed a moment of doing nothing? As hard as it can be this time of year, taking the time to do absolutely nothing is a wonderful form of self-care. Doing nothing allows us to slow down, focus on the present moment and recharge.

Whether you’re drinking a hot cup of coffee surrounded by silence or sitting admiring the glow of your beautifully decorated Christmas tree, please take a moment this holiday season to put your to do list aside and do absolutely nothing.
