Day 12: Focusing On What Brings You Joy

This busy time of year makes it even more important to prioritize your mental health and well-being. With all the holiday events and happenings, think about attending those which bring you joy. Setting boundaries for yourself in this way will help you maintain your well-being as a priority. It also allows you to be present for those gatherings/happenings that bring you joy and politely decline those that perhaps bring you stress.

Keep in mind as your holiday invitations roll in that deciding to accept only those that bring you joy is one way you can give yourself the gift of self-care this holiday season.
