"We all have different gifts, so we all have different ways of saying to the world who we are" - Fred Rogers
It takes a lot of courage to begin therapy but just know some of the most difficult roads lead to beautiful destinations. As a therapist I strive to create a safe space for you to share your story. I believe that therapy is a collaborative space for individuals to gain insight and coping skills that best suit their journey of self-growth. My goal is to provide a non-judgmental, safe, and supportive environment for individuals to become empowered and overcome personal obstacles. I have experience in supporting clients with anxiety, depression, self-esteem, life transitions, trauma, emotional regulation, and development of coping skills. I am dedicated to enhancing your strengths while guiding you to grow and heal through focused interventions specified to meet your needs.

Taking the step to begin therapy for yourself or your child can be a daunting one. As a therapist I approach all clients with respect, compassion, patience and understanding. I strive to create a safe and comfortable environment that facilitates trust and meets the unique needs of each client. My therapeutic approach entails building off and increasing client’s strengths while enhancing skills to help improve overall functioning in the areas of home, community and school. I have specialized in working with children, adolescents and their families for the past 14 years and have experience working with clients experiencing anxiety, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), depression, emotional regulation concerns and other lifestyle and social/emotional issues. Let’s work together to move toward change.
